Mike Coley is a recurring character in the Origami Yoda Series, his main temperament (until quite recently) being that he cries quite often. In the first book, he asked Origami Yoda about trying to hit a home run in PhysEd Baseball. Origami Yoda said, instead, that when he misses it he shouldn't cry, which he tried. He realized then that Origami Yoda was right. In Darth Paper Strikes Back he purchased a hot dog that possibly could have a bite taken out of it for his lunch. The kids at Mike's lunch table started daring him to eat the hot dog, even promising that they will pay him if he eats it. Mike suddenly got a warning from Origami Yoda saying that he should not eat it, because Origami Yoda could smell rat saliva. So instead Harvey ate it for 5 dollars, then ends up barfing later. In The Secret of the Fortune Wookiee, he complained about going to RightWayKidz (His Church's youth group) and asked the Fortune Wookiee about how to avoid it. It cryptically said that Mike had to "be a Wookie". Mike tried what he thought it meant at a RightWayKids Italian supper, which consisted of doing all the dirty jobs and even got to hang out with the girl he liked. In Art2-D2's Guide to Folding and Doodling he talked about the Pencil Podracing and Trench Run pencil games. In The Surprise Attack of Jabba the Puppett he wrote a chapter called "The Paper Rebellion", and was the holocron keeper. Also, he wielded Origami Mace Windu.
